Send in a news-worthy story in the form of a press-release and every effort will be made to include your information, depending, of course, upon space availability.
It is just a case of sending your proposed copy by e-mail, before the deadline date. Just attach a word doc and / or paste the copy into the e-mail and attach images as a jpegs. It also helps if you can keep the copy as short and to the point as possible.
