The ceremony was held by Berry Recruitment Group (BRG), which works from nearly 40 locations across the country and employs almost 200 staff.
Wild Recruitment is one of its three brands and the Poole branch had a superb 2019.

Chairman Tony Berry, the former head of recruitment giants Manpower and Blue Arrow, presented the trophies during the group’s annual conference
The event took place at the iconic Waldorf Hilton hotel in Covent Garden in London.

Group managing director Chris Chown said: “Our Wild Recruitment branch in Poole was launched only a few years ago and its manager Kate has really driven its growth.

“It performed extremely well throughout 2019 despite the uncertainty of Brexit and all that entailed.

“Kate has also recruited herself a top team and as life gets back to normal we anticipate that it will continue to grow quickly.”
BRG’s latest accounts showed that last year it made a £5m leap in turnover to £74.4m.

The company is headquartered in St Albans, Herts, and its other brands are Wild Recruitment and Wild Berry Associates.
