Intense competition and constant changes in how Google Search works are making it harder than ever for SMEs to reach the top of Google – but there is still hope.
Smaller firms can still outrank their major rivals on Google if they use the correct techniques for 2019 and create compelling website content, says Dorset marketing agency Intergage.
Poole-based Intergage is hosting a workshop to show firms how to rank higher in Google Search and get more website visitors.
The workshop will be held on October 22 (8.30am-noon) at Intergage’s Holes Bay Park, Sterte Avenue West office.
The speakers will be Intergage marketing director Mike Finn and senior digital marketing manager Steve Caple. Between them they have 40 years’ experience in improving website traffic.
Intergage’s workshop will include:
•    Understanding Google in 2019 and beyond
•    How to get content ranked at the top of Google
•    How to make users more likely to click on a Google listing
•    Creating great website content and links
•    Why ‘mobile’ is now Google’s top priority – and how to benefit
•    The importance of video
•    How to benefit from voice search.

Places cost £199+VAT.
