If you have a car mad dad, then a destination for a treat on Father’s day (16 June) is the Stewarts Garden Centres at Christchurch.   Members of the Southampton and New Forest MG owners club, founded in 1981 after the MGB production ended, will be displaying over 14 modern and vintage MG sports cars whilst the coffee shop will provide a meal offer to celebrate the special day.

Terry Head, Director of Retail and Marketing at the Stewarts Garden Centres, said that his own father, Mike Head will also be displaying his black, rebuild his 1980 MGBT, and fellow club member from Highcliffe Robin Plumley with an immaculate MG TF160 from 2002, will be visiting on the day.

“We hope that families in the area will enjoy the opportunity to view these fantastic motoring icons that are now part of our motoring heritage,“ said Terry Head.
