Salisbury Teenage Market returns this April

Salisbury Teenage Market will return to the Guildhall Square on Saturday 13 April and will run alongside the usual Charter Market from 10am until 3pm.
Salisbury City Council runs its Teenage Market to support young, creative talent in Salisbury and provides a FREE platform for entrepreneurial young people under the age of 25 to showcase their business ideas, promote their skills and sell creative products.

The Council provides gazebos, tables, chairs and insurances so that the young stallholders can have the opportunity to gain business experience and display their talents. Stalls will feature items such as homemade jewellery, cakes, paintings, greeting cards, accessories and garden items. Taking place in the prominent location of the Guildhall square it provides local residents and shoppers with the opportunity to purchase unique items and offer its support to young aspiring local business people.

In addition to the stalls there will be live performances from local acoustic musicians including Lucy Trigwell and Daisy Morgan-Smith as well as fantastic dance performances from local community acts Elevate and Panthera Dance Company which bring a lovely vibrant atmosphere to the market place.

It is an excellent first opportunity for traders. Some of those who have attended previous Teenage Markets have gone on to become established business owners and market traders across the County and further afield.

Performer space is still available; for more information and to apply please visit:
