A fantastic day out at Salisbury’s first Car Fest

Salisbury City Council hosted its very first Car Fest in conjunction with XDR Motors on Sunday 9 September in Salisbury’s Market Place & Guildhall Square.

Large crowds of all ages enjoyed seeing over 50 motor vehicles including sports cars, rally cars and super cars as well as eating tasty street food and live music from covers band, Break Cover.

Exhibitors included Marshall Motor Group, SJS Motorcycles and Army Sports Car Racing.

Phil Randall from XDR Motors who has been part of the organising team said, “Thank you to Salisbury City Council for hosting the event. And a thank you to all the exhibitors. It was a great day and we were thrilled to see such an amazing turn out.”

The Mayor of the City of Salisbury Councillor Mike Osment said, “Salisbury Car Fest was a great success and the perfect day out for car owners and enthusiasts. We are delighted with the positive response we have received from the event.”
