Charity houses Wiltshire homeless with support from Lloyds Bank

A Salisbury-headquartered charity is housing 17 homeless and young people in Wiltshire, with the support of funding from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking. Alabaré is a registered charity that supports nearly 2,000 homeless, vulnerable and marginalised citizens across the South West of England and Wales, through the provision of services, which spans from accommodation to training courses.

Fareham-based Barnbrook Systems made new contacts and held talks with prospective clients and international partners at the world famous event. The company - which took its largest delegation so far to the show - also welcomed Government Ministers and VIPs to its stand as it marked its 40th anniversary.

Entries to the Tourism Awards across the South West look set to break records again, with 637 entries already received, including 121 from Dorset, 166 from Devon, 166 from Cornwall & Isles of Scilly, 142 from Somerset, Bristol & Bath, and 25 from Wiltshire & Gloucestershire. Numbers are expected to grow further, with entry into 5 prestigious categories remaining open until 22nd August.
